The guarded garage is located on the ground floor beneath the house, with direct access to the bike and ski storage areas and to the apartments.
Bike Room: Includes a special wall-mounted anti-theft fixing system, basic maintenance tools, bike-washing facilities and a guest bathroom.
Ski Room: Features boot dryers, wall-mounted ski and clothing racks, an independent set per apartment, a waxing bench, and a guest bathroom.
